Harold Dee is the founding partner of the firm and has been practicing law for over 30 years. Mr. Dee is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Brooklyn Law School. Prior to his career as a defense attorney, Mr. Dee was a NYC traffic court judge who presided over 25k trials in the Bronx and Harlem TVB traffic courts. This experience has made him one of the most knowledgeable and experienced vehicle and traffic lawyers in the state of New York. Mr. Dee’s expertise is in all aspects of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and current DMV regulations.

Former NYS Traffic Court Judge

Between 1989 to 1993 Mr Dee served as Administrative Law Judge for the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles (Bronx and Harlem Traffic) and so knows the law from both sides of the bench.
