Dee took the same 24-hour course based on The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration protocol that police officers must pass in order to become a Standardized Field Sobriety Practitioner. What better way to know if officers followed proper protocol and administered the standardized field sobriety tests correctly, than to go through the same course that they did. Most arrests today are on Body Worn Camera, Mr. Dee will carefully review the video of your arrest and use his knowledge and experience to evaluate the strength of the officer’s arrest.
