Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
The Village Court handles criminal cases, vehicle and traffic cases, parking tickets, and small claims/civil cases. There is street parking only. As you walk in the building, the court and clerk’s office are located on the second floor of the municipal building. Criminal Matters are prosecuted by the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. Traffic Matters are prosecuted by an Attorney hired by the village.
The court schedule is as follows:
Court is in session every Tuesday morning at 9:30am, except for the 2nd Tuesday at 7:30pm. Small claims matters are heard on the 1st Thursday at 7:30 pm. It is held in the Court Meeting Room, 2nd floor.
Mr. Dee a Tuckahoe Village traffic ticket Attorney represents people charged with speeding and other traffic ticket violations and criminal offenses like DWI, AUO, (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation which means driving while knowing your license is suspended.), Operating a vehicle with a suspended registration (i. e., insurance cancelled), Vehicular Homicide or Manslaughter, and other criminal violations of New York’s Vehicle and Traffic Law.
